Dashboards pull from six data sources: sensor metrics from PLCs and IoT devices (via OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP), asset operational status, service and maintenance records, alert data, warehouse inventory, and RTLS zone tracking. Each widget type supports specific data sources, and you can mix sources on a single dashboard.
Yes. Every dashboard has a visibility setting: private (only you), organization (your whole team), or public (all platform users). You can build an operator dashboard with machine-level alerts and a manager dashboard with zone-level KPIs. Each person sees the dashboards shared with them and can set any as their default landing page.
Every widget can be scoped to specific assets, asset types, or groups that are placed on your floor plan. When you see a KPI value, you can trace it back to the physical machines generating that data. Heatmap widgets overlay data directly onto the floor plan view.
Yes. Any dashboard can be configured to send reports on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. You set the delivery time, format (JSON or CSV, with PDF and Excel coming soon), and recipients by email. You can also trigger any report manually on demand.
