Subprocessors and service providers
The providers Sandhed uses to deliver the service, their purposes and processing locations.
These providers receive data only for the services described below. Some features and integrations are optional. Processing locations describe the service and provider footprint; international access and transfers are governed by the safeguards in our Data Processing Agreement.

Customer-selected integrations
When you connect Trackunit, SmartPack, Apple Find My or an RTLS or other external system, the selected provider receives or supplies the data needed for that integration. Your contract with that provider and its privacy terms govern its independent processing. Only connect systems and personal data you are authorised to use.
Changes to subprocessors
Sandhed gives customers at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that will process their Customer Data. You may raise a reasoned data-protection objection by contacting legal@sandhed.com. The objection and transfer provisions in the Data Processing Agreement apply.
