Custom Dashboards

Custom Dashboards for Warehousing

Build warehouse dashboards that show inventory levels, zone occupancy, and equipment status on your 3D floor plan. Track what matters without switching between systems.

The Problem

Where Things Break Down

Inventory data lives in one system, equipment data in another

Your warehouse management system shows stock levels. Your maintenance system shows equipment status. Neither shows both on the same screen, so you switch constantly.

Zone utilization is invisible until someone walks the floor

You do not know which zones are congested and which are underused until a supervisor physically checks. By then, the bottleneck has already cost you pick speed.

Reporting on warehouse performance requires manual compilation

Throughput, picks per hour, and inventory accuracy numbers are scattered across systems. Pulling a weekly report takes hours of manual data collection.

Our Approach

What Sandhed Does Differently

Sandhed gives you a drag-and-drop dashboard builder with 11 widget types that pull live data from your sensors, asset status, maintenance records, alerts, warehouse systems, and RTLS tracking. Each widget connects directly to your 3D floor plan, so a KPI card showing OEE for a press line links back to the actual machines on the floor. You build views for operators, managers, and executives with different scopes and detail levels. Dashboards auto-refresh every 15 seconds and can be shared across your organization or published to a template marketplace for other sites to install.

Drag-and-Drop Dashboard Builder

Build dashboards from 11 widget types including KPI cards, time series charts, bar charts, gauges, heatmaps, alert lists, and data tables. Drag widgets onto a 12-column grid, resize them, and connect each one to the data source it needs.

Role-Based Views

Create different dashboards for different roles. Operators get machine-level detail with alert lists and status indicators. Managers get zone and line summaries. Executives get multi-site KPI overviews. Control visibility with private, organization, or public sharing.

Floor-Plan-Linked Widgets

Every widget can be scoped to specific assets, asset types, or asset groups. A KPI card tracking OEE for your CNC cluster links directly to those machines on your 3D floor plan. Click through from a metric to the physical location.

Scheduled Reports & Template Marketplace

Set dashboards to deliver as reports on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. Browse and install pre-built dashboard templates from the marketplace. Publish your own templates for other sites to use.

FAQ

Common Questions

Dashboards pull from six data sources: sensor metrics from PLCs and IoT devices (via OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP), asset operational status, service and maintenance records, alert data, warehouse inventory, and RTLS zone tracking. Each widget type supports specific data sources, and you can mix sources on a single dashboard.

Yes. Every dashboard has a visibility setting: private (only you), organization (your whole team), or public (all platform users). You can build an operator dashboard with machine-level alerts and a manager dashboard with zone-level KPIs. Each person sees the dashboards shared with them and can set any as their default landing page.

Every widget can be scoped to specific assets, asset types, or groups that are placed on your floor plan. When you see a KPI value, you can trace it back to the physical machines generating that data. Heatmap widgets overlay data directly onto the floor plan view.

Yes. Any dashboard can be configured to send reports on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. You set the delivery time, format (JSON or CSV, with PDF and Excel coming soon), and recipients by email. You can also trigger any report manually on demand.

Most users build their first dashboard in under 10 minutes. You open the widget sidebar, drag the widgets you need onto the grid, configure data sources and scopes, and save. The template marketplace has pre-built dashboards for common scenarios like manufacturing overview, maintenance tracking, and warehouse operations that you can install and customize.
