Every sensor reading is stored in TimescaleDB with a precise timestamp. The alert system records when thresholds were breached, when alerts were acknowledged (and by whom), and when conditions returned to normal. This creates a continuous, timestamped record that can be pulled for any zone over any time period without manual assembly.
When a sensor reading returns to within the configured threshold range, Sandhed automatically resolves the active alert and records the resolution timestamp. This auto-resolution ensures your alert list reflects current conditions without requiring manual cleanup, and the full excursion duration is documented.
Yes. Alert email subscriptions are configured per user with individual severity toggles. A facilities manager can receive all severity levels, while a QA director only receives critical alerts. Each user controls their notification preferences through the admin panel.
